REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy ( “Refund Policy” or “Policy” ) outlines Dance-Inn Bangalore (hereafter “we”, “us”, or “our”) practices in relation to the refunds, when you make payments to avail the products and services offered on or through the Platform (hereafter “Services”).

NO REFUND

No refund after the payment is completed.

Except as provided in this policy hereunder :

  • If the event/service (for which you have made the payment) is cancelled by us or the artist for whatever reason may be;
  • If the event/service (for which you have made the payment) is advanced or postponed by us or the artist for whatever reason may be to another date and or time and you are not able to attend the same on the changed date/time.
  • Such cancellations and or changes would be announced in our social media channels and also communicated to you via the contact details provided by you.
  • You are required to email us at refunds@danceinn.studio for refund claims before the due date/time set forth in such communication and any claim thereafter would not be considered.

NO CANCELLATION

No cancellation of booking by the user is allowed once the payment is completed .

NO TRANSFER / TRANSMISSION

Interchanging of sessions/service by the user is not permitted.

Admission is only for the registered person during the booking. No swap to any other person is allowed. Please bring your photo ID for verification (Soft or hard copy) for admission.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

  • Your payment receipt by us is not confirmed unless until you receive the email receipt for your payment. So please ensure you enter a valid email ID properly without any spelling mistakes. You would receive an email receipt once your payment is successfully credited to our account and that would serve as entry pass.
  • Your payment receipt by us is not confirmed even though money is deducted from your bank. We can confirm your payment and send a receipt only when the fund is credited to our bank account. In such rare occurances, the fund gets credited back to your bank account within 24-48 hours, if not you are required to liaise with your bank to locate the funds and return to your account.
  • Your act of making the payment in our Platform means that you are in complete agreement with our Refund Policy along with other terms and policies listed elsewhere on our web site.

We reserve the right to update and change this Policy and other Terms by posting updates and changes to the Platform. You are advised to check the Terms from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. If at any point such amendments are not acceptable to you, we advise you to cease using the Platform or availing any of our services at such time.
